Anchor tenants at Marina One are revealved!


Marina One has announced that it had secured a strong line-up of anchor retail and food & beverate brands. The integrated development by M+S in new financial district of Marina has unveiled the fitness Virgin Active, Cold Storage supermarket and Cookhouse by food-court operator Koufu as its anchor tenants.

Virgin Active, the world class fitness clubs will occupy 26,000 sq ft in Marina One, spanning two levels. Members will enjoy the only indoor lap pool and the largest indoor climbing wall in Marina Bay.

Recovery and relaxation zones will feature state-of-the-art facilities such as salt, steam and ice rooms to aid recovery after yoga or exercise classes in the club's studios.

Marina One, the upcoming iconic landmark in Singapore CBD, wants to introduce new, refreshing lifestyle and retail experiences which appeal to a sophisticated and cosmopolitan audience.

For shopping and restaurants, The Cold Storage outlet is set to be the largest supermarket in Marina Bay, which offers tenants and Marina One Residences the exclusive convenience lifestyle.



Koufu with its Cookhouse concept will offer a variety of local and international food along with views of Marina One's lush greenery. Moreover, Teppei Syokudo, a renowned and popular Japanese restaurant; Jewel, a "third-wave" specialist coffee house; and 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken also moved quickly to secure space at Marina One due to expected exclusive prime position of the luxury mixed development by M+S
